Evidence-Based
Multisystemic Therapy (MST)

A powerful, evidence-based program that brings hope and lasting change to families.

WHAT IS MULTISYSTEMIC THERAPY?

Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is designed to help families with adolescents ages 12–17 who are facing serious behavioral challenges (age exceptions may be requested for youth ages 10, 11, or 18). Instead of focusing only on the child, MST wraps support around the entire family.

Our MST teams work with families to uncover strengths, rebuild trust, and solve problems where they happen: at home, at school, and in the community.

The goal is simple but life-changing: to help the child stay safely at home, succeed in school, and grow into the future they deserve.

MST has helped thousands of families move from crisis to stability, with real, measurable outcomes and a compassionate, team-based approach. If you’re struggling, you’re not alone, and with MST, change is possible.

WHY MST OFFERS HOPE

IT'S HOME-BASED

We meet families where they are, literally and emotionally.

IT'S HIGHLY PERSONALIZED

Every plan is tailored to your family's unique situation.

SUPPORT IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE

Therapists are accessible 24/7, offering guidance when it’s needed most.

FAMILIES DRIVE THE CHANGE

MST empowers caregivers with the tools and confidence to turn things around, long after therapy ends.

IS MST RIGHT FOR MY FAMILY?

MST can help when:

  • A teen is acting out at home, school, or in the community.

  • Family conflict feels overwhelming.

  • A young person is at risk of entering foster care or the justice system.

  • Hope feels hard to hold on to.

MST has helped thousands of families move from crisis to stability, with real, measurable outcomes and a compassionate, team-based approach. If you’re struggling, you’re not alone, and with MST, change is possible.
