Tim Jones, MS, LPC

Vice President, South Carolina Operations

Tim Jones joined Grace Harbour in early 2022 to help lead the organization’s expansion into South Carolina. Beginning with oversight of evidence-based programs, his role gradually expanded into leadership and development of additional behavioral health services and operations. Prior to joining Grace Harbour, Tim spent more than a decade overseeing long-term care facilities serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In that role, he supported individuals with a wide range of needs, including intensive behavioral concerns and medically complex conditions.

Tim holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and has experience providing outpatient counseling services for individuals, couples, and families. His clinical background includes work with anxiety, depression, substance use, and marriage and family counseling. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina.

He is passionate about helping build programs that provide meaningful support to children, families, and communities while maintaining a practical, relationship-centered approach to leadership and care. Outside of work, Tim enjoys running, coaching and playing sports, spending time with his wife and four children, and cheering on the Florida Gators.

Anisha Blanding,  LPCS, LCHMC, LAC, MAC

Site Director, Upstate (Greenville)

Anisha Blanding is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and emerging clinicians. With a compassionate, client-centered, and holistic approach, she specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. With an assertive advocacy, Anisha intuitively assists clients in working through any life adjustments and chronic or debilitating patterns to embrace healthy coping skills and satisfying living.

Anisha is a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in South Carolina, Licensed Substance Abuse counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina, and 200 RTY Yoga Teacher. 

In addition to providing therapy services, Anisha is passionate about mentoring and supervising counseling professionals as they develop clinical skills, ethical practice, and professional confidence.

Rickia Clowney, LPC

FFT Supervisor, Upstate

Rickia Clowney is the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Supervisor for the Upstate region and is a credentialed Licensed Professional Counselor. She provides clinical leadership and supervision to therapists delivering FFT services to youth and families. Rickia is dedicated to supporting evidence-based practices that strengthen families, promote positive youth outcomes, and improve community well-being.

MST Supervsior, Upstate

Jasmine Brown is the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Supervisor for the Upstate region. She provides supervision to therapists delivering MST to ensure that evidence-based interventions are delivered and that her team adheres to the model. Jasmine takes pride in ensuring that she and her team are able to help families achieve positive outcomes and sustain behavioral change.

Christopher Gaines, LISW-CP

MST Supervsior, Upstate

Christopher currently works as an MST Supervisor. His professional experience includes work as a Child and Family Therapist, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant, a Child Protective Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant ,and a Child Protective Investigator. Christopher specialized in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Play therapy. He is also an Endorsed Infant Mental Health Family Specialist and Reflective Supervisor. He received his Bachelor of Social Work from Florida State University and his Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University.

Sarah Fullerton is the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) supervisor for the Lowcountry region and is a licensed master social worker. She provides clinical supervision, leadership, and support to therapists delivering FFT services to youth and their families. Sarah demonstrates a strong commitment to the model and is passionate working with families, advocating for them, promoting youth outcomes, and improving community well-being.

She provides clinical supervision, leadership, and support to therapists delivering FFT services to youth and their families. She demonstrates a strong commitment to the model and is passionate about working alongside families, fostering an environment where they feel supported, encouraged, and empowered throughout the process.

La'Teavia prides herself on providing evidenced-based services to families in need with a team who equally share the passion and dedication it takes to service youth and their families.

Christy demonstrates a strong commitment to her team and the families she serves by promoting the use of evidence-based practices through MST. She emphasizes a strengths-based approach that recognizes families’ abilities to create meaningful change. By collaboratively identifying and addressing barriers, Christy supports families in building on their strengths, fostering sustainable success, and reducing negative behaviors.

Candace McElveen is the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Supervisor for the Midlands region. Candace is dedicated to helping families strengthen communication, build healthier relationships, and create lasting change. Her work focuses on supporting therapists and families as they navigate challenges and discover their strengths. She believes deeply in creating safe and supportive spaces where people feel seen and heard. Her favorite quote, “The greatest gift you can give someone is the space to be his or her authentic self."
